Ms. Dempsey is the Director of Business Development at Sofer™ Advisors, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to working with Sofer™ Advisors, LLC, Ms. Dempsey spent 20 years in residential and commercial development as a project manager, designer and artist.

Ms. Dempsey’s experience includes construction, multi-family, and hospitality projects. Her creative background allows for collaboration and a fresh perspective on strategy and business development.

Outside of work, Ms. Dempsey enjoys time with her dogs, hot yoga, hiking and traveling.
