Dr. Hern is a Consulting Manager at Sofer™ Advisors, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to working with Sofer™ Advisors, LLC, Dr. Hern amassed nearly a decade of experience as a regulatory compliance consultant for large industrial and manufacturing clients.

Dr. Hern’s industry experience includes food processing and manufacturing, pulp and paper, paper products manufacturing, mineral processing, and chemical manufacturing, among others. While her experience has not followed the traditional finance path, her unique perspective allows her to serve as an industry expert for many manufacturing and industrial clients and bridge the gap between a company’s finances and day to day operations. Since joining Sofer™ Advisors, Dr. Hern has performed valuations of privately held companies, managed staff, and supervised a major database migration. Outside of work, Dr. Hern enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, learning piano, sewing, and being outdoors.
